Health coaching is done one-on-one, preferably face to face, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.  Time together can be spent:

  • discussing current health challenges
  • discovering and addressing root causes of the health challenges
  • exploring strategies to "get to the root" of the health challenge
  • helping educate you about your health issues and treatment
  • discussing progress and struggles along the health journey
  • attending doctor's appointments together
  • reviewing and adjusting recipes
  • grocery shopping for healthy food
  • healthy cooking together
